All designs are copyright protected to Designs by Rachael and may not be copied or reproduced by any means. Designs by Rachael are not responsible for gaining copyright permission for use of hymns used in order of services. This is the customer’s responsibility; you may wish to check with your church first, regarding hymns.

In the event of an order being cancelled by the customer, all completed work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for. Please let us know as soon as possible, along with confirmation of cancellation in writing.

Charges for delivery will depend on size of order. Once postal charges have been decided they will be added to final invoice of your order. All orders are posted by Royal Mail or via courier, and all parcels require a signature upon receipt by customer. Once your order has been dispatched, designsbyrachael cannot accept liability for delay, loss or damage once they have left our premises. Delivery times will be agreed with the customer at time of an order been placed.

All stationery is handmade, slight variations may occur between items if orders are placed at separate times and any samples previously supplied. Health and Safety Please be aware, some materials that are used in our designs are small and may pose a risk of choking in babies and small children.

A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your order. Outstanding balances are required in full four weeks before the delivery date of your order. Full payment is required if your order is under £100 or if your order is less than 8 weeks prior to wedding date. Payment is accepted online via PayPal or we accept cheques made payable to designsbyrachael. Any delay in payment will result in delay of dispatch of your order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The deposit will secure the price of the items at the time of ordering.

Designs by Rachael operates a privacy policy and will not pass on any information to any other third persons, parties or agencies.

Proof reading is the responsibility of the customer. Once email confirmation has been accepted from the customer to Designs by Rachael, we cannot be held responsible for any errors that are not noticed after proofs have been accepted.
